Technical administration
Provision of operational requirements of a technical nature by property management. Property inspection incl. repair and maintenance action plan. Comprehensive knowledge of the area, provision of a help-desk system. Comprehensive plan of revision activities including electricity, gas, ventilation, elevators, fire protection, PO, health and safety.
Administrative administration
Regular communication with tenants, incl. administration of leases and amendments. The scope of this service may also include, for example, the management of bank guarantees, budgeting or reporting according to the owner's requirements.
Engineering
Comprehensive provision of design work, incl. detailed elaboration of technical documentation. Related communication with authorities, ensuring technical supervision of the investor. Preparation and securing of all necessary permits across locations.
Construction activity
We will ensure the execution of construction or reconstruction works on a so-called "turnkey basis" according to the exact specifications of the client. We work with proven construction partners who are a guarantee of the appropriate quality of the work performed.
