The complex of buildings is a modern logistics base, implemented according to the most modern and up-to-date technologies. The buildings are built with a steel structure of full-wall steel profiles, reinforced concrete floor with a load capacity of 5t/m2 and reinforced concrete single foundations. All the roofs are built with a layered structure – profiled steel sheets with the necessary insulation layers above as high density stone wool (fireproofed), TPO waterproofing membrane.
The facades are built with sandwich panels with mineral stone wool (fireproofed), meeting all the requirements for energy efficiency. All doors are sectional - thermally insulated with windows. Modern and efficient air-conditioning systems with air-cooled heat pump units are provided for each independent area, also sanitary and domestic premises, offices, and technical premises are provided for each site. Modern hydraulic loading ramps are also planned and built for each zone, both at a lower level of -1,10 and for a base level quotation 0.00
Contemporary systems of fire protection and security are integrated into the buildings - automatic extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, permanent security have been installed. The buildings have all the necessary sanitary and hygienic requirements and norms covered. The logistics center meets all standards for warehousing and storage of goods, and could also be turned and used for production activities meeting high standards.
In the first stage of the realization of the project, building 1 will be built. It includes 4 independently separated areas - warehouses with sanitary housing, administration, offices. The admin buildings are two-storey, and on the first level there are situated: an office with a capacity of up to 6 people, a meeting room/office with a capacity of up to 9 people, a kitchenette, a bathroom, toilets for the storage area.
On the second level there are separate rooms for the staff: changing rooms (separately for men and women) with a capacity of up to 23 people each, a rest room with a capacity of up to 16 people, toilets and showers for each group. Each administrative part has its own room for an electrical low voltage room. The HVAC systems are sized in a temperature range of 22-25 degrees (winter/summer) for the administrative part and 16-28 degrees in the warehouses.
